Tuesdays are Innerspace days

I grew up skateboarding, then gave it up when I became an old man and stopped doing anything fun. After some people ( I and L) made me start snowboarding Bret made me start skateboarding. Funny that these things don't make me feel like a kid, but they do give me time to not think about anything, if you think while snowboarding you fall. Once a week I try to roll around. It doesn't work like it did when I was a kid, I still can't do half the stuff I did as a kid, but it's fun, and mostly like most fun things it' a chance to stand around and talk to people that I like. In this case that includes 11 year old Austin. While I was shooting photos of him he kept telling me how to do it better, which was funny, but clearly made me roll my eyes a bit too. I really did forget how to take skateboarding photos. The digital thing is way different, or I just spent more time at it when I was a kid. Or I'm more critical now. Or all the crack I as doing when I was a kid clouded my judgment (sarcasm, I had a crack free youth).

The last photo is by Bret of me a month or so ago.
