It is raining in Revelstoke, so I’m hoping it’s dumping in the mountains, which are right next to me, but way up... You drive up a bit on dirt road switch backs, and you gain so much altitude it’s freaky. Then you park and switch to snow cats ( http://scrapofpaper.com/trying/uploaded_images/03.23.06b-778439.jpg) and do more switch backs until you get to the top of the mountain. Crazy stuff. Went all the way up this morning, looked at the snow, got back in the cat, Went lower, got out, took a 5 minute run, got back in the cat, went down further then took a long run back tot he lodge, had lunch, then went back to lodge. Not a great day, not worth the huge amount of money paid, but I did get a lot read, and some letters written.
