I've had goofy little projects in the works for as long as I can remember. They have always been a fun way to make things and try to show other people. Here are some things I'm working on or have put together in the not so distant past.

This is my current project and interest. I'm fascinated with the use of faux or real filed out negative holders and the resulting black borders that this creates when printing photographs, or the use of sprocket holes and other things to symbolize authenticity of images. At a time when most things are digital this paradigm just doesn't fit anymore, but it's used to show authenticity all the times.

I'm fascinated with authenticity in general - but I still have a lot to learn about it.

The image of people holding something in their overlapped outstretched hands now symbolizes home grown or home made. Savuer the "authentic" food magazine loves to show things like this, but I also see it all over Whole Foods, ad the best one yet, was for an Escalade ad, imagine an Escalade sitting in the "authenticity" hands. It was great - I was traveling when I saw it, and I was sure I'd see it again, but of course I didn't.
