Days like this reify my love of Alpental, it's hard to decide if I like riding Alpy or Baker more, different deals, but both are amazing.
I thought it was going to be rainy and sloppy, instead I was making fresh tracks most of the day.
One of the best rides in a long while. Maybe because I hadn't ridden with just Bret for a while, who knows, it was great. At least 6 inches of new, snowing most of the day. Brilliant.
But... I did fall fard, a tree nicely flipped me upside down and landed me on my back, hours later my ribs started aching. Ohwell. A small price to pay for a ride that good.
